LPC Meeting #2

At this LPC meeting, the Consultant Team will share initial highlights from the Downtown Profile Assessment, touching on trends and development patterns that have shaped Downtown Waterloo as it is today, leading into recent initiatives and investments. The LPC will discuss the revised vision and goals for Downtown Waterloo, and will also decide upon the minimum matching requirement for privately sponsored projects. 

As always, a public comment period will be held at the end of the LPC’s working session.
